Top Shelf Microblading is owned and operated by Ashley Maxwell who founded the company in 2021. Top Shelf Microblading is a fully licensed and insured body art facility in the state of Ohio. Ashley is trained and certified in microblading & powder brows through Phibrows, and Buda Cosmetic Institute. In 2021, Ashley also became a certified affliate in saline tattoo removal through Botched Ink. By utilizing Botched Ink, Ashley can eliminate the visibility of unwanted pigment from previous permanent make up applications. The use of Botched Ink at Top Shelf Microblading is currently limited to eyebrows, scalp micropigmentation, and lip liner.Business Hours
